I’m excited to announce that I will shortly be joining Cunningham Legal. I’m very much looking forward to working with Amy Cunningham and her team whose coverage includes both the City and Canary Wharf.

Amy and I share a very similar legal background and more importantly a shared commitment and track record of delivering client-friendly, efficient and high-quality legal advice on employment law issues.

As a result of these changes, after running the business for 16 very successful and enjoyable years, I will be bringing down the curtain on Lane Graham Solicitors which will be closing for business on 30 April 2024.

Complaints

Should you be unhappy about the service you receive then you should contact us immediately so that we can seek to resolve the matter. A copy of our complaints procedure is available on request. If we cannot resolve your complaint you may contact the independent Legal Ombudsman. Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first. If you have, then any complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must be made within 6 months of receiving a final response from us to your complaint and no more than 6 years after the date of the act or omission or no more than 3 years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
